Where is the best place to live in Atlanta?
Many people ask this question because they are relocating from a city that has good and not-so-good sides of town. However, we are very fortunate because there are great communities all around the 21-county metro area. It doesn't matter whether you pick north, south, east or west, you will find a community and home that is right for you.

How are the schools in Atlanta?
Many parents are concerned about school quality no matter where they're moving. However, every quadrant of the Atlanta has excellent public and private schools that are recognized statewide and nationally. Use the Atlanta School Guide as well as the Internet to research schools-the more you know about the district you're contemplating moving into, the better. It may even guide you to finding your new neighborhood.

Can I get a 20 to 30 minute commute to work?
Yes, but there is often a premium for a short commute. First, look for homes in the area where you plan to work. If you work in town, a short commute may mean a higher-priced home. If you choose a home in an outlying community, you may get more house for your dollar, but your commute will probably be a little longer. So consider what your top priority is. How much house do you want versus how long do you want to commute?
