What is Culture Connection, and how does it help people relocating to Atlanta?
At Jenny Pruitt & Associates, we appreciate and respect the fact that we have clients from all parts of the world. To aid our diverse clientele, we created Culture Connection. This Immobel product, the first of its kind in the Atlanta market, provides Jenny Pruitt & Associates’ current and potential clients the ability to search all Metro Atlanta listings in 11 different languages. An actual person translates every listing, so our clients receive the listing as it was intended—eliminating the threat of a listing getting “lost in translation.”

What led your company to offer this?
We recognize the need to address the cultural diversity of Atlanta’s real estate market. A portion of our potential clients who move to Atlanta may speak the English language well but feel more comfortable reading in their native language. In an effort to meet their needs, we want to ensure that all clients are able to thoroughly read each listing and understand the individual features of each home.

Jenny Pruitt & Associates reflects the global image with which Atlanta is synonymous: we have many agents who are bilingual and several who are multi-lingual. All of these specialized agents are very familiar with the cultural diversity of Atlanta and are able to direct clients to the specific residential areas that are of the most value to them.

How does Culture Connection work?
Any time clients visit our Web site (www.jennypruitt.com), they see a tile that flashes each country’s flag, plus the following phrase in their native language: “Click here to search our listings!” Users can search our listings right away and/or they can contact a Jenny Pruitt agent who speaks that particular language.
